Financial Results Warning

The financial results of the “Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd” for year 2012 are expected to show minor loss and will be significantly improved over the financial results of 2011.  This improvement is mainly attributed to the non-recurring expenses which negatively affected year 2011 results, as well as the positive impact of other non-regularly-recurring operating income earned in 2012. Finally, the improvement of the financial results for 2012 was negatively affected by the decrease of the Company’s turnover.
