Following our announcement dated 28 April 2017, we wish to inform you that the Notices of the Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Limited, as well as the Instrument of Proxy for the said Meetings, which will take place at Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol, on Tuesday 30 May 2017 at 5.00 p.m. and 5.45 p.m. respectively, were mailed to the shareholders of the Company on 5 May 2017.

The Notices of the General Meetings, as well as the Instrument of Proxy are attached hereto and were uploaded in electronic form to the Company’s website “www.vassiliko.com” (“Investor Relations / General Assemblies & Corporate Actions”).
