Annual Holy Blessing of Waters and cutting of Santa Claus cake at Vassiliko Cement Works for the year 2020
On Tuesday, January 14th, the annual Holy blessing of waters and the cutting of Santa Claus cake took place at Vassiliko Cement Works to celebrate the New Year 2020.
His Beatitude, the Archibishop of Cyprus Chrysostomos B’ attended the event, performed the holy blessing of waters ritual and also blessed the traditional Santa Claus cake, expressing wholehearted wishes to the Board of Directors members.
The event was attended by employees in sectors such as Health & Safety, Environmental Consciousness, Social initiative and volunteerism and by employees with 35 years of uninterrupted service to the Company. A meal was offered to all participants in the end of the event.
