Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company will convene on Thursday, 21 February 2013, to consider, among others, the following subjects:

Indication of the financial results of the Company for the year 2012.

The relevant resolutions of the Board of Directors and the indication of the financial results for the year 2012, will be announced before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 22nd February 2013.
