Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results for the First Nine Months of 2013

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company will convene on Thursday, 21 November 2013, to consider, among others, the Financial Results of the Company for the First Nine Months of 2013.

The Financial Results for the First Nine Months of 2013 will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 22nd November 2013.
