Meeting of the Board of Directors to Approve the Finanial Results for the First Three Months of 2013

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company will convene on Friday, 24 May 2013, to consider, among others, the Financial Results of the Group for the First Three Months of 2013.

The Financial Results of the First Three Months of 2013 will be announced before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 27th May 2013.
