Financial Results for the First 3 Months of 2013

The Board of Directors of Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd, on its meeting held on 24th May 2013, approved the Report and the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the first quarter of 2013. 

The Report of the Board of Directors and the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the first quarter of 2013 are attached herewith.  Please note that the financial results for the first quarter will be published in the local press; hard copies will not be mailed to the shareholders.

Copies of the Report of the Board of Directors and the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the first quarter of 2013 will be available to the shareholders and the investors at the Registered Offices of the Company at 1Α Kyrakos Matsis Avenue, Koupati Building, 4th Floor, 1082 Nicosia.
