MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON 20/02/2014 TO APPROVE THE INDICATION OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR 2013

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company will convene on Thursday, 20 February 2014, to consider, among others, the following subjects:

Indication of the Financial Results of the Company for the year 2013.

The relevant resolutions of the Board of Directors and the Indication of the Financial Results for the year 2013, will be announced before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 21st February 2014.
