MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO APPROVE THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS OF 2014

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company will convene on Thursday, 29 May 2014, to consider, among others, the Financial Results of the Group for the First Three Months of 2014.

The Financial Results of the First Three Months of 2014 will be announced before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 30th May 2014.
