CONSIDERATION OF PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company will convene on 30 April 2014, to consider, among others, the possibility of approving payment of dividend to the shareholders from Company reserves.
