MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO APPROVE THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF 2014

The Board of Directors of Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd will convene on Thursday, 31 July 2014, to consider, among others, the Financial Results of the Company for the First Six Months of 2014.

The Financial Results of the First Six Months of 2014 will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 1st August 2014.
