DIVIDEND CHEQUES MAILED

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the cheques for the total dividend of €0,08 per share (€0,06 out of the profits of 2018 included in the Retained Earnings Reserve and €0,02 out of the profits of 2019), were mailed to the entitled shareholders of the Company (registered at the CSE registry as at 12^th August 2020) on September 4^th, 2020.
