INTERIM DIVIDEND CHEQUES MAILED

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the cheques for the interim dividend for 2020 of €0,06 per share, were mailed to the entitled shareholders of the Company (registered at the CSE registry as at 8^th October 2020) on October 30^th, 2020.
