INTERIM DIVIDEND CHEQUES MAILED

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the cheques for the interim dividend for 2021 of €0,08 per share, were mailed to the entitled shareholders of the Company (registered at the CSE registry as at 20^th October 2021) on November 16^th, 2021.
