DIVIDEND CHEQUES MAILED

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the cheques for the dividend of €0,13 per share, out of the profits of 2020 included in the Retained Earnings, were mailed to the entitled shareholders of the Company (registered at the CSE registry as at 1^st June 2022) on June 24^th, 2022.
