CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE COMMITTEES

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2023 appointed new Members to the Audit Committee, the Remunerations Committee and the Nominations Committee. As a result, the following comprise the Committees of the Board:
