DIVIDEND CHEQUES MAILED

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the cheques for the dividend of €0,17 per share (€0,03 out of the profits of the year 2022 and €0,14 out of the profits of 2023 included in Retained Earnings), were mailed to the entitled shareholders of the Company (registered at the CSE registry as at 13^th June 2024) on July 9^th, 2024.
