BOARD MEETING TO CONSIDER PAYMENT OF AN INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Board of Directors of Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd will convene on Thursday 25 September 2025, to consider, amongst others, the possibility of approving the payment of an interim dividend out of the profits of 2025 to the shareholders of the Company.

 

The relevant resolutions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 26^th September 2025.
