DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the payment of the interim dividend for 2025 amounting to €0,15 per share, to the entitled shareholders of the Company (registered at the CSE registry as at 9^th October 2025), was concluded on November 3^rd, 2025.

 

In accordance to the provisions of the Regulatory Decision for the Operation of the Central Securities Depository and Central Registry, which came into force on 13 November 2023, the dividend for shareholders whose securities are under the control of a Member of the Cyprus Stock Exchange was paid through the Members, who will then distribute the amounts to the shareholders of the Company. Shareholders whose securities are under the "Special Account / Global CSE" category were paid by cheque, which was mailed to their registered address.
