DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the payment of the dividend of €0,23 per share (€0,22 out of the profits of the year 2025 and €0,01 out of the profits of 2024 included in Retained Earnings), to the entitled shareholders of the Company (registered at the CSE registry as at 11^th June 2026), was concluded on July 7^th, 2026.

 

In accordance to the provisions of the Regulatory Decision for the Operation of the Central Securities Depository and Central Registry, which came into force on 13 November 2023, the dividend for shareholders whose securities are under the control of a Member of the Cyprus Stock Exchange was paid through the Members. Shareholders whose securities are under the "Special Account / Global CSE" category were paid by a cheque, which was mailed to their registered address on July 7^th, 2026.
