MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO APPROVE THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF 2015

The Board of Directors of Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd will convene on Thursday, 30 July 2015, to consider, among others, the Financial Results of the Company for the First Six Months of 2015.

The Financial Results of the First Six Months of 2015 will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 31st July 2015.
