BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of the Company will convene on Thursday, 28 May 2015, to consider, among others, the following subjects:

(a) To approve the Financial Results of the Group for the First Three Months of 2015.

(b) To fix the date and place for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company.

(c) To consider the possibility of recommending to the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company the approval of payment of dividend for the year 2014. 

The relevant resolutions of the Board of Directors and the Financial Results of the First Three Months of 2015 will be announced before the commencement of the stock exchange meeting on the 29th May 2015.
