Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd announces that the Indication of the Financial Results of the Group for the year 2014 was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 19 February 2015 and is hereby attached.

The Indication of the Results will be published on the local press; hard copies will not be mailed to the individual shareholders.
